Cognitive behavioral therapy
At Full Circle Women's Clinic, Dr. Morley offers Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help women manage menopausal symptoms, sleep difficulties, anxiety, and panic disorder.
CBT is a structured, practical approach backed by evidence to improve emotional and physical well-being.
CBT focuses on how thoughts, behaviors, and emotions interact. Patients learn skills to identify unhelpful patterns and develop new ways to cope with challenges.
What Patients Can Expect while working with Dr. Morley:
1. Learn concepts: understand how thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are connected.
2. Apply skills: use strategies in your daily life, starting small and building confidence.
3. Develop habits: practice consistently to create lasting change.
